    • Maximum sustained winds 175 kts / 201 mph with Gusts up to 215 kts / 247 mph
    • Estimated minimum central pressure is 880 mb
    • Eye diameter is 5 nm
  • International Charter not yet activated
  • NASA Coordination Team Response Planning Call 4:30 PM ET
    • Activation criteria reviewed and decision for Tier 1 to Oct. 26 
    • Data and observations needs/sources (time and dates) identified; 
    • Actions to request ALOS data
    • Modeling and mapping capabilities identified and on standby
    • Interagency outreach and partner identification
    • Flood observatory, modeling and mapping teams engaged
