David E. Borges, physical scientist at NASA's Langley Research Center for NASA's Earth Applied Sciences Disasters Program, recently wrote a post for the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Voices Blog to explore how Earth observations can support disaster risk reduction strategies.
