Description
The American Geophysical Union (AGU) will return to San Francisco for its centennial celebration and to hold its annual Fall Meeting.
The Fall Meeting is the largest international Earth and space science meeting in the world. Especially for the centennial, AGU will hold commemorative presentations and special events that will celebrate the past, present and future of geophysical science.
Highlighted speakers include Dr. Mae Jemison, former NASA astronaut and the first woman of color to go to space, and Brent Tully, winner of the Viktor Ambartsumian International Science Prize and the Gruber Cosmology Prize.
